I Need Findandloc to Cancel an Unauthorized Monthly Subscription

I used the Findandloc service today through the Google platform, where I agreed to make a one‑time payment of 0.50 to find a location. After this payment, I unexpectedly received an email stating that a monthly subscription had been started for me, even though I did not knowingly request or approve any kind of subscription. I do not want any subscription with Findandloc and I do not consent to recurring charges being taken from my account. I only intended to make a single 0.50 payment for a one‑time location service and nothing more. I request that my Findandloc subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further payments or renewals be processed from my account. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been fully cancelled and that I will not be charged again in the future.
