I Face Unauthorized €100 Charges From Findandloc App Subscription
I am filing a complaint regarding unauthorized charges made by the Findandloc application, which I downloaded through the Google Play Store. On March 18, 2026, and again on April 18, 2026, approximately €50 was charged each time to my Express Card account at Bank of Georgia without my knowledge or consent, totaling around €100.
The transaction details on my bank statement appear under the name “FINDANDLOC* C7009452FF, Spain.” I have never knowingly subscribed to any paid plan, activated a paid trial, or authorized any in-app purchases that would justify these recurring charges. At first, I assumed the initial charge might have been a misunderstanding, but after the second identical charge, it became clear that these transactions are unauthorized.
I have not received any explanation or communication from Findandloc regarding these charges. I request an immediate full refund of the approximately €100 that was deducted from my account.
Additionally, I ask that any active subscription or payment authorization linked to my card or account be canceled immediately, and that I receive written confirmation that no further charges will occur without my explicit consent. Given the seriousness of this issue, I also expect assurance that my card details and personal data are secure and will not be misused in the future.

I previously submitted a complaint regarding an application called Findandloc, which withdrew money from my Bank of Georgia account without my knowledge or approval. I am using an Express Card, and I noticed that on 17.03 and again on 17.04, a transaction of 50 € was taken each time, for a total of about 100 €. These payments were made once a month and I did not authorize or knowingly approve any such subscription or transaction. Since 17.04 there have been no further similar withdrawals, but the previously taken amounts have not been returned.
After noticing these charges, I contacted Bank of Georgia, but they only confirmed that the transactions had taken place and did not provide a satisfactory explanation as to why an unapproved payment was allowed, nor did they offer a refund. I also submitted a complaint to Findandloc; they accepted my complaint and published it on their site, and I have uploaded the notifications I received, but I have not received any further explanation or resolution from either side. My bank account balance has remained unchanged and the withdrawn amounts have not been reimbursed.
I request a clear explanation of how these unauthorized payments were processed and why they were not blocked, as well as a full refund of both 50 € transactions (a total of about 100 €) to my Express Card. In addition, I ask that all future charges from Findandloc to my card be blocked so that this situation does not repeat itself.
Hello. In response of my complaint I have received two notifications, but no changes have been received in my bank account. I didn't get any money. Could you explain to me what this means?
