Findandloc Subscription Not Canceled and Continued Charging

I downloaded the Findandloc app about three months ago. The app offered a 3-day free trial, and I canceled the subscription within the third day. Despite this, on January 26, 2026, and February 26, 2026, two separate charges of $19 each were made from my PTT Bank pension account without my knowledge or approval, totaling $37.

Even though I canceled the trial on time, the subscription was continued, and money was withdrawn from my pension account without my awareness, which has caused serious inconvenience. I recently logged into the Findandloc website, created an account again, and canceled the subscription once more; however, despite these actions, no refund has been issued for the past unauthorized charges.

I request that the full amount of $37 charged from my pension account on January 26, 2026, and February 26, 2026, be refunded to me, and that all subscriptions/memberships under my name be permanently canceled.
