Findandloc Withdraws ₺599 From My Account Without Permission, I Demand Refund

I was shocked to find out that ₺599 was withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge or consent by Findandloc. I am not a member or user of their service, so this transaction is completely unauthorized and illegal. Many people, including myself, are victims of this issue, and to make matters worse, there is no phone number or clear way to contact the company for help. It is absolutely unacceptable that such charges can be made without informing the account holder. I demand an immediate refund of the amount taken and a prompt resolution to this serious problem. This unauthorized withdrawal is causing me distress, and I expect Findandloc to take responsibility and fix this now.
