I am a customer of Tarjeta Naranja and in my card statement a charge appears every month under the description “FINDANDLOC* C5479899FF”. I do not remember exactly from which month this charge began, but currently they are charging me approximately 29 per month and in the last statement I saw an amount of a little more than 50 for the same concept. I never requested, hired or used any service from FINDANDLOC, and I have not authorized Tarjeta Naranja to add this type of charge to my account. I only noticed that every month this debit appears, which I consider unjustified because I do not use it for anything. Through this complaint I request the immediate cancellation of the FINDANDLOC charge associated with my Tarjeta Naranja and the refund of all amounts charged so far for this concept, since it is a service that I have not contracted or used.
