Files-editor.com Charged Me $39 After a One-Time $1 PDF Edit

About one week ago, I edited a PDF file on files-editor.com for $1 and completed the payment using my Enpara card. Today, I noticed that an additional $39 had been charged from the same card saved on the website without my knowledge or approval.

This transaction, which took place on January 6, 2025, at 6:50 PM, was completely unauthorized. I had only purchased a one-time $1 service. I did not approve any membership, subscription, or recurring payment, and I had not experienced any similar issue or extra charge with this website before.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $39 charge made using my card without my knowledge. I also request that my card information be completely deleted from the website’s system.
