Files Editor Attempted Multiple Unauthorized Charges on My Card

Yesterday, I used the Files Editor PDF editing service to modify a PDF document and paid approximately $1 for the transaction. The service was completed successfully, and I considered the matter closed. However, today I noticed that, in connection with the same service, three separate payment attempts were made against my Enpara card at approximately 3:17 PM without my authorization or approval.

During these attempts, a significant amount of money was reportedly targeted for withdrawal from my card. Although I did not approve any of these transactions, the fact that repeated billing attempts were made without my consent has caused serious concern and distress. The merchant name associated with the transaction appears as sgt fileseditcom on the application and transaction records.

I only authorized a one-time payment of approximately $1 for a single PDF editing service. I did not approve any subscription, recurring billing arrangement, membership, or additional charge. Therefore, repeated attempts to charge my card without my permission are completely unacceptable.

I would also like to note that I intend to report this matter to the relevant authorities, including CİMER, due to the unauthorized payment attempts and the concerns they have raised regarding the handling of my payment information.

I demand that all unauthorized billing attempts associated with my card be stopped immediately and that no future transactions be processed using my payment information without my explicit consent. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal and administrative remedies.
