Files-editor.com Billed My Card Without Any Subscription Approval

Three days ago, I used the PDF editing service on files-editor.com and paid approximately $1 with my Akbank card to edit a single PDF document. Today, I discovered that an additional $39 had been charged to the same card saved on the website without my knowledge, authorization, or consent.

This transaction occurred on December 27, 2025, at 7:21 PM and was processed entirely without my permission. I only purchased a one-time service for approximately $1 and never approved any membership, subscription, recurring payment, or automatic renewal. Prior to this incident, I had never experienced any similar issue or unexpected charge related to this website.

I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $39 charge that was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge. In addition, I demand that all of my payment information and card details be permanently removed from the company’s systems to prevent any future unauthorized transactions.

I expect prompt resolution of this matter and written confirmation regarding both the refund process and the deletion of my stored payment information.
