I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Files-editor.com Membership Renewal

Last week, I purchased a one-week membership from Files-editor.com and paid $1 for that subscription. However, today I discovered that an additional $44 had been charged to my account as an annual membership fee without my knowledge or consent. I never saw any confirmation screen related to an annual subscription, nor was I asked for permission to enroll in one. For that reason, I consider this transaction completely unauthorized and unfair.
I have all payment receipts and supporting documentation related to these charges. After discovering the issue, I tried to contact the company through the website’s support section and by email, but I received no response and was unable to reach anyone responsible. As a result, I canceled my membership through my account dashboard and, for security reasons, I was forced to cancel the payment card used for the transaction.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $44 charge, as well as any other fees that may have been unfairly collected. Since I have canceled the card associated with the payment, I also request clear written instructions regarding how and when the refund will be processed. In addition, I want confirmation that no future automatic payments, renewals, or subscription charges will ever be processed through my account again.
