I Want a Refund for an Unauthorized $39 Pdf-Billing.com Charge

On March 4, 2026, at approximately 10:30 PM, a charge of $39 was withdrawn from my credit card without my knowledge or explicit consent. The transaction description listed “Pdf-Billing.com.” Prior to this charge, I did not receive any clear or understandable notification by email, SMS, or any other communication channel regarding the payment or the initiation of a recurring subscription.
I later discovered that a high-cost subscription had been automatically activated following a trial period without my explicit approval. I believe this practice is misleading and unfair to consumers. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately canceled my subscription through files-editor.com. However, the amount charged to my card has still not been refunded.
I request a full refund of the unauthorized $39 charge, the complete removal of my credit card information from your systems, and the termination of subscription practices that are not presented in a clear, transparent, and understandable manner. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I would like to state that I have initiated a chargeback process through my bank and will pursue all available legal remedies.
Because I believe there may be many other consumers affected by the same issue, I respectfully request that this matter be investigated urgently and that appropriate action be taken as soon as possible.
