New Fiat Ulysee Purchased From Auto Dealer Broke Down On The First Use

Brand new Fiat Ulysse in December 2023. The car broke down in Bolu on my first trip back from Ankara. The car has been broken into for 5 days now, and we still haven't heard anything about it. They said, "We need to look at the engine to figure out what's wrong." They told us today, "You gave permission; we will change the engine," even though we didn't agree. There is a lawsuit going on right now because we told them not to fix the car or change the engine. We've called the dealership, the service department, and the hotline at 444-2255 several times. "We will get back to you," "We will let you know as soon as possible," or "We will do what needs to be done" are always the answers. The bad news is that no one in charge ever called and asked, "This is the problem; what kind of solution do you want?" Know that no one will help you if you ever have problems with your car.
