Fiat Sold Me a Faulty 2024 Doblo and Won't Replace It

In July 2024, I purchased a brand-new Fiat Doblo from the Fiat Gürses dealership in Turkey, and for the past six months, the vehicle has been sitting in service without being repaired or replaced. Shortly after receiving the car, it failed to start, and I contacted the company. The car was towed to service three separate times on different days, but the issue remained unresolved and kept recurring. Each time, I was left stranded, unable to attend to my work or use the vehicle. On January 15, 2025, due to a malfunction in the 112 emergency button, the battery drained, and I had to leave the car at an authorized Fiat service center. As of today—Tuesday, July 4, 2025—six months have passed, and my vehicle still hasn’t been returned. Buying a brand-new car and being forced to wait months for repairs is a clear violation of consumer rights. I am demanding either a free vehicle replacement or a full refund from Fiat Turkey. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action through the Consumer Court and initiate all necessary proceedings. You say you will get in touch every time, but there is no one calling, no one asking, no one offering a solution, it's ridiculous. What kind of business are you running, unbelievable! You are a company representing the country, and we choose Fiat as much as we can to contribute to our country. But you are doing your best to do the exact opposite. I know and have used many foreign cars. I have never encountered such problems. You are openly selling defective products, you neither replace them nor offer any solutions!

Every time you say 'we will contact you,' but no one calls, no one asks, and no one provides a solution! You are truly ridiculous. We choose Fiat to contribute to our country, but you do exactly the opposite as much as you can. You sell defective products, you neither offer replacements nor provide solutions! I have used many foreign brand vehicles, and I have never experienced this many problems with any of them. I want my grievance to be resolved immediately.
