My Vehicle Stuck at Fiat Service for Days Without a Backup, Despite Warranty
I offer guaranteed service for my vehicle. I took my car to the Batman Uydu service center for an 80,000 km service. My car was serviced, but it was stuck in the service center for two days because the turbo hose was damaged. Furthermore, the stitching on my gear knob has come undone, and it has been sent for approval. Despite the fact that my car was still under warranty, I requested a replacement vehicle from Fiat customer service. They opened a case, but they left me hanging. This ordeal has cost me money.
