Fiat Service Failed Me, New Part Malfunctioned and Warranty Was Useless
I recently had my car serviced at a Fiat service center, namely in İnegöl Banato. A part was replaced. Unfortunately, the new part failed soon after, and to my dismay, the service center refused to stand by their work. Despite having had all of my car's maintenance done at Fiat service locations for the previous eight years, this event damaged my trust. To make matters worse, customer service was unhelpful and failed to remedy the problem. They advertise a service guarantee, which, in my experience, is meaningless. I will never return to this service center and highly warn others to exercise caution.
The communication center called, but there is no result. I don't even understand how they can see my car usage. They are judging me, saying I used the car this way or that way... Could you ask them what business they had being next to me while I was using the car...
