Fiat Refused My Warranty Request for Fiorino Right Door Trim

I contacted an authorized service center regarding an issue with the right door trim on my Fiat Fiorino, which I have owned for one year and driven 14,000 km. I requested a warranty replacement for the right door trim, but the service center denied my request based solely on a photo review, claiming the damage was “external,” without providing any detailed inspection or report. I appealed this decision and reached out to customer service to request another replacement, but my request was also rejected. My license plate is 01DBM81, and I respectfully ask that the problem with the right door trim be considered under warranty and replaced free of charge.

A message was shared saying they would call, but no one called. I’m not expecting them to call anyway; such lack of interest is typical of Fiat.
