Ferrero Rocher Had a Worm Inside – No Response from Customer Service

On December 29, 2024, I purchased a Ferrero Rocher product from a grocery store in Ankara. I’ve been buying this chocolate for 4-5 years and always considered it a premium product worth the high price. I chose Ferrero Rocher over cheaper chocolates because I trusted the brand. But now, price aside, this is a serious health issue! When I opened the package, I found a huge worm inside!
I immediately emailed the company, and while they responded at first, they only asked where I bought it and from which section of the store. They said my issue would be resolved, but it’s been 12 days, and I’ve received no follow-up, no call, no solution! Ferrero Rocher, this is unacceptable! Consumers deserve safe food and responsible customer service!
They provided the necessary explanation and follow-up, and sent a small gift as an apology.
