Ferrero Grand Rocher Had No Filling – Misleading Packaging

On December 8, 2024, I purchased a Ferrero Grand Rocher chocolate from Migros. I have bought this product in previous years, and I know that in international versions, the chocolate contains smaller Ferrero Rocher pieces inside. However, when I opened the one I purchased, it was completely empty!
There was no mention on the packaging that the inside would be hollow—only the total weight was listed. Consumers are being misled into thinking they are buying a filled product when in reality, they are not. The packaging and advertising create a false impression, violating fair trade regulations. According to consumer protection laws, misleading advertisements and unclear product descriptions are unlawful and unfair practices.
Ferrero Rocher, you need to change the packaging or add a clear label stating that the product is hollow. I felt completely deceived and disappointed upon opening it. Fix this issue so other consumers don’t fall into the same trap!
