Ferrero Rocher Chocolates I Bought at Migros are Stale and Spoiled with White Spots!

Today, I bought Ferrero Rocher chocolates from Migros, and to my shock and frustration, they were completely stale and spoiled. The chocolates had strange white spots all over them, and the smell was noticeably off. Even the wafer inside tasted spoiled—this was definitely not what I expected from a premium brand like Ferrero. I've purchased the larger box before, and never encountered a problem like this, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. Ferrero, this is simply unacceptable quality control! I trusted your reputation, but this experience has genuinely let me down. I urge you to immediately investigate this matter and rectify it promptly, as customers deserve better quality for the price we pay.
