Shein Order Marked Delivered with Wrong FedEx Tracking Number

I placed an order for kitchen supplies from Shein, but I still have not received my package even though the system shows it as delivered. The tracking number I was given is a FedEx tracking number: 382872221161. When I contacted FedEx, I was clearly informed that this tracking number belongs to a completely different person’s package and not to me. In other words, the package that shows as delivered in the system was never addressed to me in the first place. Because of this mistake, my own order has not been delivered and I have no valid tracking information for my package. I am asking either for a full refund of my order or that Shein provide the correct tracking number and ensure my actual package is delivered to me as soon as possible. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and resolved without further delay.
