Febreze Spray Nozzle Doesn’t Work—Full Bottle, But Can’t Use It

I bought a Febreze spray, but the nozzle doesn’t work at all. No matter how many times I press it, nothing comes out. This was my first time purchasing Febreze, and after this experience, I doubt I’ll buy it again.

I’ve had the bottle for about a year, thinking I’d eventually get it to work, but it’s just been sitting there completely unused. The product inside is still full, but since the sprayer is faulty, it’s totally useless.

Is there any way to fix this? Or is this just a defective product that Febreze won’t take responsibility for? A brand like this shouldn’t sell faulty packaging—if the product can’t be used, it’s a waste of money!
