I Can’t Log In to My Active Farmasi Membership Despite Account Still Being Valid
Although my Farmasi membership is still active, I can no longer log in to the system. It seems like some kind of change was made to the login process, but I never received any notification or instruction. Initially, I thought maybe my account had been suspended, so I submitted a request to have it reviewed. However, I was later informed that my account was not on hold and was technically still accessible.
Even though my membership is valid, the system won’t let me log in with the same password that previously worked. This is frustrating, especially since I rely on this platform for regular orders and business operations.
I’m asking Farmasi to urgently investigate this login problem and restore access to my account. Customers should not be left in the dark when changes are made to login protocols. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
