Farmasi Reset My Level and Paid Me Much Less Than Expected After Three Months
I became a member of Farmasi and spent approximately ₺10,300 on purchases within a three-month period. I reached membership level 13, and I was excited to see the fruits of my labor. As the new month began, my membership was reset, and I didn't receive any payment whatsoever. I've noticed that a payment of just ₺766 has been processed. I am truly disappointed by this situation. I reached out to the company to get clarity on the situation, but I was informed that they were too busy to reply. It’s truly frustrating to feel abandoned after dedicating so much time and resources. I would sincerely appreciate a straightforward explanation. Am I being misled, or is there a resolution they just haven't revealed yet?
