I recently purchased a second Bepanthol lip balm stick, expecting the same quality and moisturizing effect as the one I had nearly finished. However, to my surprise and frustration, the second product I received was nothing like the first one. The packaging looked different, and more importantly, the texture and performance were completely off. It felt dry, low-quality, and did absolutely nothing to soothe or hydrate my lips.
It’s extremely disappointing to pay ₺200 for what seems like a completely different—and much worse—product. I feel like I’ve been misled. To make matters worse, there’s no option for a return or refund, and I’m hesitant to buy another one from a pharmacy in case it turns out to be just as bad. I expect Bepanthol to maintain consistency in its products and provide an explanation or a replacement. Please address this issue immediately.
