UPS Delays Farfetch Return Package Under Tracking 1Z4V2E44D917644268 at Customs

I am experiencing hardship regarding the return process for an order I placed through Farfetch due to issues caused by UPS. My order code for the relevant purchase is 6SKR 9M, and my UPS tracking number is 1Z4V2E44D917644268.

My return request was approved by Farfetch customer service and confirmed to me via email. In line with this approval, I rejected the customs clearance process for the shipment via UPS and requested a "return to origin." Despite the fact that the UPS system reflects that my return instruction for the shipment located in Turkey was received, the item has been held under the status "customs clearance in progress" for approximately one week.

Even though Farfetch provided the return approval, the return process to the sender has not been initiated, and no additional fees, required documents, or necessary procedures have been communicated to me. Due to this uncertainty, my return process is being needlessly delayed, causing me significant hardship.

In accordance with the return approval granted by Farfetch, I demand that UPS immediately process the return of the shipment back to the sender, clarify the process currently stalled at customs, and provide me with clear, written updates regarding the status.
