Unable to Complete KYC Due to Verification Error

I am using the FamPay app with the mobile number 9600950*** and I have been facing an issue with Aadhaar verification for about 2 weeks. Although my OTP verification was successfully completed, whenever I try to complete Aadhaar verification in the app I receive the message: “Your Aadhaar verification failed (You've exhausted all verification attempts. We'll notify you when you can try again).” Because of this, I am unable to complete my KYC and properly use my FamPay account. I contacted FamPay customer support about this issue yesterday, but I have not received any response so far. This is causing a lot of inconvenience as I am stuck without any way to complete the process. I kindly request that my Aadhaar verification attempts be reset for my FamPay account or that my KYC be verified manually, so that I can continue using the app without further problems.
