I have been facing an issue with the FamPay app on my Android phone for the past 2 months. I am unable to proceed with Aadhaar verification at all, because the option to do Aadhaar verification is not appearing or not available to me in the app. I need Aadhaar verification to complete my KYC and properly use my FamPay account, but the app is not giving me any chance to start the Aadhaar verification process. This has been ongoing for a long time and is preventing me from using the service as intended. I request that my Aadhaar verification be enabled and completed on my FamPay account as soon as possible, and that this issue in the app be checked and resolved so that I can use FamPay without restrictions.
