Please Solve It Very Fast

I have been facing an issue with the FamPay app on my Android phone for the past two months. I am unable to proceed with Aadhaar verification because the option for Aadhaar verification is simply not appearing in the app for me. As a result, I cannot complete my KYC and I am unable to use my FamPay account properly. This problem started around April 28, 2026, and has been continuing since then without any change. I am using FamPay from Ahmedabad, and throughout this period the app has not given me any opportunity to start the Aadhaar verification process. I request that the Aadhaar verification option be enabled on my FamPay account as soon as possible, that my Aadhaar-based KYC be completed, and that this technical issue in the app be checked and resolved so that I can use FamPay without any restrictions.
