Account Activation Stuck Due To Aadhaar KYC Failure
I am a registered FamPay user associated with the mobile number 92093***, and I have been facing an issue with my Aadhaar-based KYC and account activation for about 20–25 days. At the beginning of April, while trying to complete my KYC on the FamPay app, the Aadhaar verification repeatedly failed. After several unsuccessful attempts, all my Aadhaar verification attempts have now been exhausted. Because of this, my account verification is blocked and I am unable to proceed with the activation process. This situation has been ongoing since then, and I still cannot complete my account setup and start using FamPay in Nagpur. This is the first time I am raising this issue with FamPay. I kindly request that my Aadhaar verification attempts be reset so that I can retry the Aadhaar KYC process and complete my account activation. I request that you look into this matter at the earliest and help me get my account verified and unblocked so I can use the service without any further delay.
