Payment Issues On FamPay
I have been facing an issue with my FamX wallet on FamPay for the last two days, and it has become very frustrating. Whenever I try to make a UPI payment of around ₹300, the app shows an error saying that I can’t select the FamX wallet. Because of this, I am not able to complete my payment. I contacted FamPay customer support and was informed that the issue would be fixed within 24 hours. However, more than 48 hours have already passed and the problem still persists, without any proper resolution. I request that my FamX wallet selection issue be fixed as soon as possible and that the UPI payment problem be completely resolved so that I can use the service without interruptions.
