I am using FamPay, and my account is currently blocked due to a “blocking error,” even though I have already paid the required ₹50 fee. I made this ₹50 payment as instructed and waited for 24 hours, but the same blocking error is still appearing in the app and I am unable to use my account properly.
Because of this issue, I cannot freely use my FamPay account linked to the ID 9485976187@fam. I have already fulfilled the payment requirement, yet the service has not been restored, and I continue to face the same problem.
I request that my FamPay account be urgently unblocked and fully reactivated. If the issue cannot be resolved, I also request a refund of the ₹50 fee that I paid. I would like to be able to use my account normally again without any blocking errors.
