Hyderabad Metro FamPay Payment Failed

Today I tried to purchase two Hyderabad Metro tickets from LB Nagar to Miyapur using the ticket vending machine at the station. I paid ₹138 through FamPay using my mobile number, the amount was successfully debited from my FamPay account, but the metro machine showed the transaction as cancelled and no tickets were issued. Even though the transaction failed on the metro side, my money has not been refunded yet. I contacted customer care, but the problem is still not resolved and I have not received my ₹138 back. I request that the failed transaction for today’s two tickets from LB Nagar to Miyapur be checked based on my mobile number linked to FamPay and that my ₹138 be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
