I am a customer of Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited and I have an ongoing membership that is linked to auto-pay through FamPay. On 26 February 2026, an auto-pay transaction was processed for the first time, and I would like this automatic payment arrangement to be stopped and handled according to the company’s refund policy. I no longer want payments to be taken automatically from my FamPay account for this membership. My reference on FamPay is e70bf21113f440cd8d2b32de7d04b9b2@fam. I am requesting that the auto-pay mandate associated with Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited be cancelled and that any payment taken under this arrangement be handled in line with the official refund policy of the company. I kindly ask you to stop all future auto-pay charges, apply your refund policy to this recent payment, and share a clear written confirmation that the auto-pay has been cancelled and will not be charged again.
