FamPay Wrong QR Payment - Refund Request

On 26 February 2026, I accidentally made a payment to the wrong merchant via Fampay by scanning an incorrect QR code. The amount of ₹999 was debited from my account in this transaction, and the Fampay/UPI reference for this payment is FMPIB4708348455. Since this payment was made to an unintended merchant purely by mistake, I kindly request that this transaction be reviewed and the amount of ₹999 be refunded or the payment reversed if possible. I have not yet contacted customer support through other channels and I am sharing all available details here so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. I request your assistance in resolving this erroneous transaction and processing the refund at the earliest.
