FamPay UPI Payment Successful but Money Not Received or Refunded

I used FamPay UPI to send 1000 ₹ to a FamPay ID named Shivam Patel on 27 September 2026 at around 18:38. The transaction shows as successful in my FamPay app with transaction ID FMPIB6681832191, and the money has been debited from my side. However, the FamPay ID where I sent the money is currently suspended/closed, so the person cannot receive the amount and I also have not got any refund back to my account. It has already been 1 day and the money is still stuck. I tried to contact FamPay customer support about this failed situation, but I have not received any response so far. Because of this, I am very worried about my 1000 ₹. I request that FamPay urgently investigate this transaction and either credit the money back to my bank account or reverse the payment so that my 1000 ₹ is safely returned to me as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear written response explaining what happened to this payment and when I will receive my refund.
