FamPay  Refund My Money Back As Soon As Possible

I made a payment of ₹1000 from my FamPay wallet (FamApp) on 01 July 2026 with transaction ID FMPIB6016205343, but the amount has been debited and has still not been credited back to me or to the intended recipient. The wallet is registered with the mobile number 84*******7. I have proof of the transaction confirmation and the debit, yet the money is not visible in my FamPay wallet balance and there is no successful credit at the other end. I tried to reach FamPay customer support, but I did not receive any response. I request that this issue be checked urgently, my ₹1000 be either credited to the correct recipient or refunded back to my FamPay wallet, and a clear explanation be provided about why this problem occurred and why there was no response from support.
