FamPay Account Number Recovery

I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my FamPay account, which I access via the Android app. On 12 May 2026, I discovered that someone had accessed my account and changed the registered mobile number without my authorization. My FamPay account is linked to the email address boroabhina***@gmail.com. The unauthorized access appears to have happened after I unintentionally shared an OTP, and since then my original mobile number in the account has been changed. I am currently not aware if any unauthorized transactions or other changes were made, but I am very concerned about possible misuse of my account. I request FamPay to urgently verify my identity, revert the mobile number change, and restore my access to the account. I also ask you to review the recent activity on my account for any suspicious transactions and secure the account against further unauthorized access.
