FamPay Accidental Payment to Wrong UPI ID — Refund Request Still Pending

On 31 May, I accidentally made a wrong payment of a total of ₹100 to the UPI ID playstor****@axisbank through my FamPay account. The amount went in two parts, ₹99 and ₹1, and this payment was not intended for this recipient. I request that FamPay investigate this mistaken transaction and help me with a refund of the total ₹100 back to my original FamPay source. My FamPay account is linked to my registered mobile number, and I am available at the email address shashankshettig****@gmail.com for any clarification or verification needed. I kindly ask you to look into this matter at the earliest and process the refund for this wrong payment.
