FamPay Mistaken UPI Transfer Has Not Been Refunded

I am writing about an issue I faced today with a mistaken transaction from my FamPay wallet. On today’s date at around 3:01 pm, an amount of ₹1500 was debited from my FamPay wallet and sent by mistake to the UPI ID playstore1.***@axisbank. This transaction was not intended, and I realized the error only after the money had already been sent. I have tried to reach out for support, but so far, I have not received any proper response or resolution regarding this issue, and my money is still not returned. I request that this transaction, linked to the reference/ID 651115704520, be urgently checked and reversed, and that the amount of ₹1500 be refunded to my FamPay wallet as soon as possible. I also request written confirmation once the reversal or refund is completed.
