FamApp UPI Mistake – Recover Money Sent to Wrong Person
Today, I accidentally transferred ₹500 to the wrong QR code using the UPI payment feature in the FamApp application, and the amount was deducted from my FamApp wallet. The payment was sent to an unintended recipient due to this mistake, and I realized the error immediately after completing the transaction.
After noticing the issue, I was informed that I should file a complaint with NPCI. I request that this mistaken transaction be reviewed and, if possible, that the ₹500 be reversed and credited back to my FamApp wallet or my linked bank account. Alternatively, I request assistance in contacting the unintended recipient so the amount can be returned.
I kindly ask that this incorrect UPI transaction be urgently investigated and that I be clearly guided on the steps and documents required to complete the refund process as quickly as possible.
