My Falcon Yuwi G10 E-Motorbike Only Goes 10km Per Charge and Came Scratched
I purchased a Falcon Yuwi G10 electric motorbike based on the promise that it would travel up to 80 km on a single charge. But in reality, it only manages 10 km at most, which is far below what was advertised.
When I unwrapped the bike, I noticed that multiple parts were scratched, even though it was supposed to be brand new. I reached out to the seller for a solution, but instead of taking responsibility, they claimed it was user error and refused to replace or fix the battery.
They keep returning the bike to me in the same unusable condition, while continuing to demand payment for a product I can’t even ride. I’ve requested a refund, but that too was denied.
I’m stuck making payments for something I never truly used, and the installment plan is turning into a nightmare. This situation is causing me real financial and emotional distress, and Falcon needs to resolve this immediately.
