Newly Bought Fakir Device Was Returned As It Is from Repair
I am a mother struggling to survive with 3 children. On 14/03/2023, I realized that my Fakir brand products, which I bought in installments from Concept AVM, were defective. I then returned to the place where I bought them, but they did not take care of me. I was directed to the service. There was no improvement in my devices that went to the service. I have neither the time nor the financial power. I hope that a company like Fakir, which has made a name for itself worldwide, will not stain its name, and I think that it will help me with my refund by contacting the company that made the sale.
