Fakir Upright Vacuum Warranty Repair Fee Dispute
I purchased a Fakir upright vacuum and sent it to service twice from Konya Selçuklu due to a broken latch and a noticeable loss of suction power. Although the product is within the warranty period, both service centers demanded a fee for the repair and did not stand behind the product as I expected. In both service applications, I clearly stated that the problem was the broken latch and reduced suction performance, but despite this, I was told that the repair would be chargeable. I am not satisfied with either the product or the after-sales support I have received so far. I clearly request that this unfair fee demand be cancelled and that either the product be replaced with a new one or my payment for this vacuum cleaner be fully refunded.
The product’s latch broke and the suction power decreased. Instead of repairing it under warranty, two different authorized service centers demanded a fee of ₺5,000. No solution was provided, and the brand showed no concern at all.
