I Am Demanding P&G Replace Defective Clumped Fairy Platinum Dishwasher Tablets

Approximately 15 to 20 days ago, I purchased a 72-pack of Fairy Platinum dishwasher capsules from Şok Market. Upon opening the package, I encountered a major quality failure: multiple groups of 3 to 4 capsules were completely fused together. When attempting to separate them, the outer protective casing ruptured, causing the liquid detergent gel to leak out and rendering at least 6 to 8 capsules unusable.

Paying a premium price for a brand-name cleaning product only to discover damaged, leaking capsules upon opening is unacceptable. This condition clearly points to a packaging, storage, or manufacturing control defect during production or distribution.

I demand that P&G and Şok Market address this product defect by delivering a fresh, non-defective replacement package to compensate for the damaged units.
