Fairy Platinum Dishwasher Tablets Fail to Clean Glassware in Siemens Dishwasher

For approximately three months, I have used Fairy Platinum dishwasher tablets purchased from Migros in my Siemens sn24d830TR dishwasher. Although the product packaging explicitly claims optimal cleaning in water hardness levels up to 21 dh, the detergent fails to perform as advertised. Glassware is left covered in heavy residue and spots, cookware remains dirty, and the product falls far short of basic cleaning standards.

When I contacted Fairy customer service to report this performance issue, the representative displayed a total lack of basic product knowledge alongside a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. The agent provided no technical guidance, answered no questions, and refused to offer any refund, exchange, or resolution options.

Distributing detergent that fails to meet advertised packaging promises, combined with hostile customer support, destroys consumer trust and violates basic service standards.

I demand that P&G conduct a technical investigation into this product lot, issue an immediate product exchange or full refund, and take corrective administrative action regarding the unprofessional conduct of the support representative.
