I purchased the “Daily” subscription package from Facelessreels.com on March 17, 2026, for 39 USD per month, which is advertised to provide daily posts with automated posting, background music, multiple video art styles, custom AI voiceover and no watermark. Since starting the subscription, I have received only 6 working videos with actual visuals. From March 22, 2026 onwards, the videos generated by their system started coming out as completely black screen with only audio, and they also stopped auto-posting to my YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts. For the last 3 days, no proper videos have been provided despite my active subscription and advance payment for the month. I contacted them via their email address [email protected], but they have not responded to my emails. In addition, they state that they do not make refunds, even though the service is clearly not being delivered as promised and I am not receiving usable video content. I have now cancelled my subscription. I am requesting a partial refund for the remaining unused days of my monthly subscription, and I accept that they can keep the payment corresponding to the 6 usable reels that were actually created. I expect this refund to be processed as soon as possible and the issue to be resolved.
