On July 29, I paid $6.22 (₺249.99 equivalent) via credit card for CV Maker’s resume creation service. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, and I even have the receipt to prove it. However, since then, I keep receiving automated emails from CV Maker claiming I still have an unpaid balance and asking me to complete the payment through their link.

I’ve emailed their support team multiple times, attaching proof of payment each time, but all I get in return are the same generic auto-replies—no real response, no action, no resolution. It’s clear no one has reviewed my case or verified my payment manually.

This is extremely frustrating. I’ve paid for a digital service that hasn’t been delivered, and CV Maker continues to send me payment reminders as if nothing has been processed. I demand that my payment be reviewed and confirmed immediately and that the service I purchased be activated without further delay.

Ignoring paying customers and blocking access to a service that’s already been charged is unacceptable. Fix this now.
