Faceless Reels Charged Me for Unused Subscription

I have been paying for a Faceless monthly subscription since March 2026, but I am not using the service and I want to cancel it. Despite not using Faceless, money is still being deducted from my account, which I find unfair. I contacted my bank and asked them to stop the Faceless subscription payments, but they informed me that I need to contact you directly regarding this issue. For this reason, I am now reaching out to request the cancellation of my Faceless monthly subscription and to ask for a refund of the payment taken for March 2026, as I did not use the service during this period. I kindly request that my subscription be cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account and that the March 2026 fee be refunded to me. I would like to be informed once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
