Faceless Reels Will Not Cancel And Refund My Remaining Balance

I started a one-year subscription with Faceless Reels on February 26, 2026, choosing their yearly plan which is billed daily. I was charged the full amount of 351 USD by credit card at the beginning of the subscription, and my account is registered under the email address marcel***[email protected]. Although I am only one month into the subscription, I no longer want to use this service and have clearly requested cancellation. Despite this, facelessreels.com has not canceled my subscription and continues the service against my wishes. I have sent emails 17 times and have only received automated bot replies, without any real response or solution from customer service. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the remaining balance for the unused period of the yearly plan be refunded to my credit card. I expect Faceless Reels to take this complaint seriously, review my account based on the email address provided, and resolve the issue without any further delay.
