Unauthorized Faceless Reels Subscription Charges on My Scotiabank Account

I am writing to report unauthorized charges made to my account by Faceless Reels. On the 13th of this month, my Scotiabank Jamaica account was charged twice, each time for 27 USD, for a total of 54 USD. These charges appear to be for a subscription and in‑app purchases, but I did not give any consent or authorization, and I am not using Faceless Reels at all. I attempted to resolve this by reaching out, but I was unable to get proper assistance or a clear contact for Faceless Reels. I am very upset that my account was charged twice for a service I do not use and did not approve. I request that the full amount of 54 USD be refunded to my Scotiabank Jamaica account and that any subscription or payment method related to Faceless Reels be cancelled to prevent any further unauthorized charges. I also ask for a clear explanation of how these transactions were processed without my consent.
