I am reaching out because I can no longer access my Faceit account due to forgetting the email address associated with it. I’ve tried every recovery method I could think of, but nothing has worked so far. I am the rightful owner of the account and am more than willing to prove my identity through any means you request.
Here’s what I can provide to verify my ownership:
My phone number
A copy of my government-issued ID
Linked Steam account details
Faceit username and account information
Date of my Faceit Premium subscription purchase
Any other relevant details you may need
I submitted a support request under Ticket #7752286, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is very frustrating, especially since I'm locked out of an account I've invested both time and money into.
Please respond to my ticket and help me recover access to my account as soon as possible. I’m ready to cooperate fully. I just want my account back.
